Bihar Idea Festival Launches to Empower Entrepreneurs Across State
The government of Bihar is teaming up with a college and a media company to help new businesses get started.
They're calling it the Bihar Idea Festival!
They plan to find and help 10,000 new businesses all over Bihar.
They'll be going around to all the districts to find people with good ideas.
