Gujarat Ministers Assigned Grievance, Project Review Duties
The leader of Gujarat, the Chief Minister, has told all the ministers that they need to spend Mondays and Tuesdays listening to people's problems.
They can't schedule other meetings on these days unless it's a big emergency.
The ministers also have to go to different parts of Gujarat they are in charge of before November 30.
When they visit, they must check on important projects and see if the roads are good.
If the roads are bad, they need to tell the officials to fix them and can even take action.
They also have to report back to the Chief Minister about what they find.
The goal is to make sure everyone's voice is heard and that important things like roads and healthcare for moms and babies are taken care of.
Gujarat ministers must dedicate Mondays and Tuesdays to hearing public grievances and avoid other meetings.
Ministers are required to visit their assigned districts by November 30 to review projects and road conditions.
Reports on project progress and road quality must be submitted to the Chief Minister after review meetings.
Strict action will be taken against those responsible for poor road quality.
Ministers are also directed to focus on reducing infant and maternal mortality rates to align with national and global standards.
