Trump’s Queens Childhood Home Sells for $1.93 Million

Donald Trump’s childhood home in Queens has sold for $1.93 million.

Trump lived there until he was about four years old.

His father, Fred Trump, built the Tudor-style house in 1940.

The home was empty and in poor condition when developer Tommy Lin bought it in 2025.

A burst pipe caused water damage, mold developed, and feral cats occupied parts of the property.

Lin spent more than $500,000 and eight months fixing the house.

The renovation added a chef’s kitchen, herringbone floors and spa-style bathrooms.

The outside Tudor design was kept.

The new buyer’s name has not been announced, but Trump’s connection helped attract interest.
