Gujarat Reels Under Heavy Post-Monsoon Rains, Gir Somnath Worst Hit

Imagine Gujarat is having a really big, unexpected rain party that's lasted for three days!

This isn't the normal rainy season, but a special kind of rain caused by a big weather system over the sea.

The rain has been so heavy in some places, like a town called Gir Somnath, that it's causing a lot of problems.

Weather scientists are warning everyone that it might rain a lot more until the end of October, so they've put up a special 'orange alert' to let people know to be extra careful.

The government is also getting ready to help if things get too bad.
