MLA Unveils Vemana Jayanti Logo
The MLA of Kadiri, Kandikunta Venkata Prasad, unveiled the official logo for Vemana Jayanti, which is a special day to celebrate the famous saint-poet Vemana.
This is the first time the state government is officially celebrating this day as a state festival.
The celebrations will happen at Katarupalli village where Vemana's samadhi is located.
The MLA said that the government is making sure everything is ready for the event so that people can enjoy it without any problems.
He also asked everyone to join in the celebrations without thinking about caste or political parties.
