Miandad Sledges Doshi: Memorable Cricket Encounter in Bengaluru

In a 1983 cricket match between India and Pakistan, Javed Miandad, a famous Pakistani batsman, repeatedly asked Indian bowler Dilip Doshi for his room number.

Miandad kept asking 'Tera room number kya hai?'

which means 'What is your room number?'

This happened while Miandad was batting and only defending Doshi's bowling.

Doshi, in later years, spoke about this incident, describing Miandad's aggressive style but also their friendship.

He noted that Miandad was a formidable opponent on the field but a good friend off the field, showing respect for each other despite the intense competition.
