Assam woman weaves 25-foot gamosa tribute to Zubeen Garg

There was a very famous singer in Assam, a state in India, named Zubeen Garg.

Sadly, he had an accident while scuba diving in Singapore and passed away.

He was there to sing at a big festival, but he never got to perform.

A woman named Dalimi Lahon Gogoi wanted to remember him in a special way.

She wove a very, very long traditional cloth called a gamosa.

The cloth was 25 feet long, which is about as long as a big bus.

She wove the words of his songs into the cloth's design.

It took her almost five months to finish this special cloth.

She also added nice quotes and pretty flower patterns.

Now, whenever people look at the gamosa, they can remember the singer and his beautiful music.
