Hyderabad Traffic Alert: Dhoolpet Road Closures for Ganesh Idol Sales
During Ganesh Chaturthi, the city is making some changes to how traffic flows in Dhoolpet.
From August 23rd to 27th, some roads are closed to regular cars because of the large sale of Ganesh idols.
If you're carrying an idol, you can still get through.
Regular cars will have to take different routes.
Big trucks carrying idols will need to park in certain areas and can only move after 10 pm.
The goal is to keep traffic moving smoothly.
Traffic diversions are in place in Dhoolpet due to Ganesh idol sales.
General traffic is prohibited between Bhoiguda Kaman and Gandhi statue from August 23-27.
Vehicles with idols can enter from Gandhi statue, Puranapul, and exit via Bhoiguda Kaman.
Alternative routes are provided for traffic going towards Mangalhat or Puranapul.
Heavy vehicles must park at specific locations and move only after 10 pm.
