AP EPDCL CMD Assures Review of GO No. 45
The chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (EPDCL), I. Prithvi Tej, met with representatives from power employees' unions.
The unions wanted the government order called GO No.
45 to be put into action in the power utilities just as it is, without any changes.
They believe this order will help many employees and their families.
The CMD promised that a committee would look at all the suggestions and concerns before making a decision.
The unions thanked the CMD for listening to their concerns and explained that there have been some misunderstandings about GO No.
45.
