Raptee.HV Opens Electric Mobility Centre at Engineering College
Raptee.HV and Rajalakshmi Engineering College opened a new lab for learning about electric vehicles.
The lab is called the HV Lab.
It is 3,000 square feet in size and cost ₹50 lakh to build.
Students will be able to work with batteries, motors and other EV systems.
They can also learn about charging and vehicle software.
The lab includes a Raptee.HV T30 motorcycle and a motorcycle using digital twin technology.
Students and teachers can use the facility for experiments and prototypes.
The company and college also agreed to work together on training, internships and research.
Raptee.HV opened a Centre of Excellence for electric mobility at Rajalakshmi Engineering College in Chennai.
The 3,000 sq. ft. HV Lab was built with an investment of ₹50 lakh.
The facility includes a Raptee.HV T30, EV components, a digital-twin motorcycle, learning modules and prototyping spaces.
Students can study battery packs, electric motors, power electronics, charging infrastructure, vehicle communication and diagnostics.
Raptee.HV and the college signed an MoU covering training, internships, guest lectures, courses, site visits and joint research.
