Panvel Plans Two Free Dialysis Centres With 200-Patient Capacity
Panvel Municipal Corporation is building two new dialysis centres.
One will be in Kharghar and the other in New Panvel.
Dialysis is a treatment that helps people whose kidneys do not work properly.
The centres will offer this treatment for free.
Together, they are planned to help up to 200 patients each day.
Each centre will have 25 beds and operate in three shifts.
Doctors, nurses and trained technicians will work there.
Some beds will be specially reserved for patients with infections, children, pregnant women and PMC employees.
