Serene Communities and Prathima to Develop Senior Living Projects
Serene Communities and Prathima Group are teaming up to build two new homes for seniors in Hyderabad.
They plan to spend ₹400 crore on these projects.
The first project, called Serene BILVANI One, is approved and will be in Shankarpally.
It will have 265 homes, with prices starting from ₹60 lakh.
These homes will have sizes between 1,025 and 1,700 square feet.
Serene Communities already runs 10 similar communities across the country.
One of the projects will have support from KITES Senior Care.
Serene Communities and Prathima Group are developing senior living projects.
The investment for the projects is ₹400 crore.
The projects will be located in Hyderabad.
The first project, Serene BILVANI One, is launching in Shankarpally.
Serene Communities operates 10 senior living communities currently.
