Gopal Snacks Reports Strong Q3 Profit Growth
Gopal Snacks, a company that makes snacks, recently shared its financial results for the last three months of 2025.
They made a lot more profit this time compared to the same period last year.
Their net profit went up nearly three times to ₹15.4 crore.
Even though they had some problems because of a fire at one of their factories last year, they managed to increase their revenue slightly and improve their overall performance.
They also announced that they will give some money back to their shareholders as a dividend.
The company has been working hard to make more snacks at their other factories to make up for the one that had the fire.
Gopal Snacks reported a net profit of ₹15.4 crore for Q3, up nearly three-fold from ₹5.3 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations grew 1.6% year-on-year to ₹399.6 crore, despite operational disruptions from a fire incident at the Rajkot facility.
EBITDA jumped 88.6% year-on-year to ₹29.24 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 7.32% from 3.93%.
The board declared a second interim dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share for FY26, with the record date set for February 2, 2026.
The company scaled up production at its Modasa and Nagpur facilities and commissioned a new namkeen facility at Modasa to offset the temporary closure of the Rajkot plant.
