Peshwa Wheat SME IPO Draws 177x QIB Demand

Peshwa Wheat is selling shares to the public through a small-company IPO.

On the first day, large institutional investors placed many more bids than the number of shares set aside for them.

Their bids covered about 177 times the available shares.

The IPO is priced between ₹95 and ₹101 per share.

It will close on September 28, 2026, and is planned to list on the BSE SME platform on October 1, 2026.

An unofficial market indicator called the grey market premium also increased, but it can change quickly and is not regulated.

The company reported ₹15.81 crore in profit after tax for FY26.

It plans to expand its processing capacity and spend the IPO money on business needs.
