Raptee.HV Pioneers High-Voltage Motors for Enhanced Electric Motorcycles
Imagine electric motorcycles that are more powerful and charge faster!
Raptee.HV, an Indian company, has created a special high-voltage motor for their electric motorcycles.
This motor uses 240 volts, unlike the 48V or 72V used by others.
High-voltage motors are more efficient, reducing heat and making the bikes faster.
They also allow for quick charging in about 30 minutes using standard charging cables, just like electric cars.
Raptee.HV has also received funding from the Indian government to develop this groundbreaking technology, and also manufactures many of its own components in-house.
Raptee.HV developed a 240V high-voltage motor architecture for electric motorcycles.
The company is the first electric motorcycle OEM in India to receive funding from the Technology Development Board.
High-voltage motors provide improved performance and thermal management compared to low-voltage systems.
The system reduces heat losses and extends component lifespan.
Raptee.HV's architecture supports CCS and Type 2 charging for fast and convenient charging.
