BJP Leader Accuses Jharkhand Government of Anti-Tribal PESA Rules
Champai Soren, a leader from the BJP party, said the government in Jharkhand is doing things that hurt the tribal people.
He thinks new rules about village governance, called PESA, are not fair to the tribals.
He said these rules let people who are not traditional leaders make big decisions.
Soren also mentioned that land was given to a company without asking the tribal village councils.
He warned that tribals are getting upset and might protest.
He wants the young tribals to stand up for their rights, just like their ancestors did.
BJP leader Champai Soren accused the Jharkhand government of conspiring against tribals through new PESA rules.
Soren claimed the rules undermine tribal land rights and traditional governance systems.
He alleged that 850 acres of land were allotted to Hindalco without Gram Sabha approval.
Soren warned of growing tribal resentment and called for unity against the government's policies.
He met with the family of slain tribal leader Soma Munda and discussed tribal issues with the Akhil Bharatiya Sarna Samaj.
