India's IPO Market Set for Record December

India's IPO Market Set for Record December

India is having a very busy December with eight companies planning to launch IPOs, which is like when a company sells shares to the public for the first time.

These IPOs are worth over ₹30,000 crore, which is a lot of money.

The biggest IPO is from a company called Meesho, which is worth about $5.93 billion.

Other companies like Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions and Fractal Analytics are also launching IPOs.

Even though the stock market has been a bit slow, many companies want to raise money before the new budget year.

This shows that people in India are still confident in investing, even though the global economy is uncertain.

One of these companies, Sudeep Pharma, had a very high demand for its IPO, with investors wanting to buy shares 94 times more than what was available.

This means a lot of people believe in the company and want to invest in it.
