Qatar and NMACC Partner for Education
Qatar Museums and the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre have teamed up for five years to create fun learning programs for kids and help teachers in India and Qatar.
They signed an agreement at the National Museum of Qatar.
The programs will focus on playful learning for children and will include special classes and training for teachers.
The partnership will bring QM’s learning models to Indian schools and cultural spaces, and they will also create new programs together.
One special program is called the Light Atelier, which is a fun, hands-on learning environment for young children.
This partnership is part of Qatar’s bigger plan to share culture and learning with the world.
Qatar Museums (QM) and Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) have signed a 5-year partnership to develop museum-in-residence education initiatives for children and educators.
The agreement was signed at the National Museum of Qatar by Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and Isha Ambani.
The partnership will introduce QM’s innovative learning models into Indian schools and cultural learning spaces through NMACC, and create new joint programmes.
NMACC will work with Reliance Foundation to roll out programmes across multiple regions in India, including rural and underserved areas.
Specialists from Qatar Museums, including experts from Dadu, Children’s Museum of Qatar, will lead masterclasses and provide hands-on mentoring for teachers, volunteers, and facilitators.
