Rupee May Gain Support Amid Weaker Dollar Index and Strong FPI
The Indian rupee might get a little stronger.
This is because the U.S. dollar isn't doing as well, and there's expected to be money coming into India from foreign investors.
There's also talk of a trade deal between India and the U.S., which could help.
However, if the dollar gets stronger or there are new trade or border issues, it could hurt the rupee.
Right now, experts think the rupee will stay around the same level.
Report suggests the Indian rupee could gain support.
A weaker U.S. Dollar Index is acting as a tailwind for the rupee.
Anticipation of strong Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) inflows is positive.
A potential trade deal between India and the US could boost sentiment.
USD/INR exchange rate is expected to trade sideways for now.
