Awarapan 2 Box Office: Emraan Hashmi-starrer Crosses Rs 50 Crore
A new movie called Awarapan 2 opened in movie theaters on Friday, August 14, 2026.

A PTI press release reported different figures — Rs 23.4 crore on opening day, Rs 34.09 crore on Day 2 and a domestic total of Rs 54.79 crore — while WION cited a worldwide gross of Rs 59.25 crore.
The film played across 10,496 shows with 59.94% overall occupancy on Saturday; Delhi-NCR led with 68.3% occupancy across 1,051 shows, followed by Mumbai at 54.5% across 814 shows.
Released on August 14, 2026 alongside Sunny Deol's Batwara 1947, the sequel to the 2007 cult film Awarapan saw its opening day surpass the original's lifetime collection.
