OneCrest Infra Acquires Murthal Land for Destination Shopping Village
OneCrest Infra has bought eight acres of land in Murthal, Haryana.
The land is next to NH-44, a busy highway.
It is close to the well-known Amrik Sukhdev restaurant.
The company wants to build a large outdoor shopping and leisure destination there.
Visitors could shop, eat, enjoy entertainment and stay at a hotel.
The project is meant to make Murthal more than just a place to stop for food.
OneCrest Infra will keep ownership of the project and rent spaces to brands.
Planning and environmental work have now started.
