Omar Abdullah Says Kashmir Security Model Exported to Delhi
Delhi introduced strict security measures before a protest planned for Saturday.
One measure was to block mobile internet in central Delhi for 24 hours, starting at 10 pm on Friday.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah compared these measures to restrictions used in Kashmir.
