Cooch Behar to Boost Rural Healthcare With ₹25 Crore
Imagine Cooch Behar is getting a big health boost!
They're spending ₹25 crore to build new clinics and health centers in the countryside.
This money will create places called Health and Wellness Clinics, plus some Block Public Health Units and a Primary Health Centre.
These new places will help more people get the healthcare they need, closer to where they live.
The construction will be managed by the local government, with plans to finish by the end of the year.
This is a part of a bigger plan to spread out healthcare and make it better for everyone, especially in areas that need it most.
This means less pressure on the bigger hospitals.
