Pennsylvania Bus Driver Fired Over 'English Only' Sign
A school bus driver named Diane Crawford was fired after she put up a sign on her bus that said no Spanish could be spoken.
She had been driving buses for more than ten years.
The sign said it was to respect students who only speak English.
After she put up the sign, her boss told her she could no longer drive the bus.
Some people are helping her raise money because she lost her job.
Diane Crawford, a 66-year-old school bus driver, was fired for posting an 'English Only' sign on her bus.
She had worked for more than a decade under a contract with Rohrer Bus, serving the Juniata County School District.
The sign read: 'Out of respect to English-only students, there will be no speaking Spanish on this bus.'
Days after posting the sign, she was informed that her contract had ended.
A fundraiser has been launched to support her after her termination.
