Arnya, Supreme Universal Partner on ₹1,000-Crore Housing Platform
Imagine two companies, Arnya and Supreme Universal, joining forces.
They're creating a new plan to build houses in Mumbai and Pune.
They have a big pot of money, about ₹1,000 crore, to use for this.
They'll focus on renovating existing buildings instead of building new ones from scratch.
This is because there isn't much space to build new homes in Mumbai.
The plan is to invest in about 7 or 8 different projects, each costing between ₹80 and ₹200 crore.
This will allow investors to make money by being part of these projects.
Arnya RealEstates and Supreme Universal are launching a real estate platform.
The platform will focus on residential redevelopment projects in Mumbai and Pune.
₹1,000 crore will be deployed in equity capital.
Arnya will raise capital through a Sebi-registered AIF.
The platform aims to develop around 7-8 projects with investment of ₹80-200 crore each.
