Youth wings protest over NEET irregularities and PSC appointments
On July 24, Youth Congress (YC) activists protested in Kollam against the central government and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged irregularities in NEET and other national-level exams.
They climbed over police barricades to protest outside the head post office.
Meanwhile, Yuva Morcha activists marched to the Chief Minister's residence in Thiruvananthapuram, accusing Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan of double standards for not addressing issues regarding PSC appointments.
The police used water cannons to stop the Yuva Morcha protesters.
Both groups had different focuses and targets for their protests.
