SS Cendana Turns Space, Privacy and Lifestyle into Gurugram Luxury

Some home builders in India are creating new kinds of luxury homes.

One new project is called SS Cendana.

It is being built in a place called New Gurugram, near the big city of Delhi.

The builders say luxury is not just about a big house.

It is about space, quiet, and time to relax.

The homes are designed to let in lots of sunlight and fresh air from three sides.

Cars are kept off the ground level so people can walk and play outside.

Guards, cameras, and special elevators keep the community safe and private.

Residents can swim in two pools, play sports, and relax in a steam room.

Many people are choosing to buy homes in this part of Gurugram.
