BJP Wins Elections, But Leaders Warn of Growing Unease
The BJP has won many elections, but some of its leaders are worried.
Narendra Modi told the party’s new team not to assume that future victories are guaranteed.
Nitin Nabin said that being in power may have made leaders less connected to ordinary people.
Some leaders are also nervous because the party’s new organisational team took months to form and a government reshuffle has been discussed.
This uncertainty has made some people focus more on protecting their own positions.
The RSS has also reportedly noticed tiredness and distance among state leaders.
Young people have protested over issues such as education, jobs and recruitment exams.
BJP leaders are concerned that these issues could hurt the party, especially before elections in Uttar Pradesh.
