TAPMI and People Business Announce 75 Finalists for Young HR Leader Awards
Imagine a big contest in India to find the best young leaders in Human Resources (HR).
Two schools, TAPMI and People Business, are working together to find them.
They received over 1,500 applications from people all over the country.
After looking carefully, they picked 75 people to move forward.
These 75 people are like the semi-finalists!
They will have more challenges and talk to judges.
The very best will be announced on December 3rd in Mumbai.
This contest helps find and train the people who will lead HR departments in the future, making workplaces better.
TAPMI and People Business have announced 75 finalists for the TA Pai Young HR Leader Awards 2025.
The awards are part of the Great Manager Awards (GMA) and received over 1,500 nominations.
The initiative aims to identify and nurture future HR leaders in India.
The finalists will undergo further assessments, with the top 30 leaders to be announced on December 3 in Mumbai.
HR leaders in the future will need to focus on organizational design, talent mobility, rewards, and AI in talent assessment, according to a jury member.
