Apple Challenges India's Antitrust Laws in Delhi HC
Apple, the company that makes iPhones, is going to court in India.
They are challenging some rules that the Indian government has about competition between companies.
The court is called the Delhi High Court, and the hearing is scheduled for November 25, 2025.
Apple doesn't agree with how the penalties are calculated, which is based on the total money the company makes worldwide.
They think this is not fair.
The news about this was reported by a website called Bar and Bench.
Apple has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court challenging India's antitrust laws.
The challenge is against penalties imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
The penalties are based on the global turnover of firms, which Apple disputes.
The petition is scheduled for a hearing on 25 November 2025.
The hearing will be before Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela.
