DDA Opens Booking for 1,500+ Flats Starting at ₹11.8 Lakh on Nov 7
The Delhi Development Authority is releasing more homes for people who need affordable places to live.
They are calling it the DDA Jan Sandharan Awaas Yojana.
This time, there are more than 1,500 ready-to-live apartments available.
The cheapest ones start at about ₹11.8 lakh.
People can start booking these homes on November 7th.
The first group of homes released earlier were very popular and all got booked on the first day.
These new homes are for families with lower incomes.
To book, people need to register on the DDA's Awaas Portal and pay a small fee.
There is also a bigger booking amount required later to hold onto the flat.
The whole scheme will be available until December 21st.
DDA is opening bookings for over 1,500 ready-to-move-in flats under the Jan Sandharan Awaas Yojana 2025 Phase 2.
The flats are available in LIG and EWS categories and start at ₹11.8 lakh.
Booking commences on November 7 at 12:00 noon, with the scheme closing on December 21.
Flats are located in areas such as Shivaji Marg, Ramgarh Colony, Rohini, and Narela.
The first phase of this scheme saw all 1,167 flats booked on the opening day.
