NSE Extends Deadline for Karvy Claims

NSE Extends Deadline for Karvy Claims

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) in India has given more time to investors to file claims against Karvy Stock Broking Ltd., a company that did something wrong.

Originally, investors had until June 2, 2025, to file their claims, but now they have until March 31, 2026.

Karvy was declared a defaulter on November 23, 2020, because it did not follow the rules.

Investigators found that Karvy took client shares without permission and used them to get loans worth Rs 2,873 crore.

Investors can file their claims online or by sending a form to the NSE offices.

The NSE recommends using the online method for better tracking.
