Cholamandalam to Build ₹1,068 Crore Building in Guindy
Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, which is part of the Murugappa Group, is building a big new office building in Guindy, Chennai.
The building will have 12 floors and a smaller building with 3 floors.
They bought the land from DLF for ₹735 crore in March 2024.
The total cost of the project is ₹1,068 crore.
The building will have space for many people to work and lots of parking for cars and bikes.
The company says they are not expanding but will share updates when they have them.

The building will have an expected occupancy of 13,726 and parking for 2,700 two-wheelers and 1,300 cars.
An annexe building with three floors is also planned.
The company has obtained a No Objection Certification from the Airports Authority of India for construction.
