Devotion Marks Karthika Masam Celebrations in NTR, Krishna, and Eluru Districts
People across several districts celebrated a special holy month called Karthika Masam on Sunday.
They came together for religious events and shared meals in nature, like in mango orchards.
At one place, they worshiped many Shiva Lingas and celebrated the marriage of Lord Venkateswara.
Special prayers were also held for Lord Satyanarayana, with many people attending for 13 years in a row.
These celebrations brought people together with strong faith and happy feelings, with many enjoying community feasts.
Others spent their Sunday relaxing at popular spots like Bhavani Island.
Karthika Masam celebrations took place with devotion and community harmony in NTR, Krishna, and Eluru districts on Sunday.
Grand spiritual events and Vana Bhojanalu (community meals) were organized in various villages, including Kottur Tadepalli and Nunna.
At Kottur Tadepalli, special pujas included Abhishekams to 365 Shiva Lingas and a divine wedding ritual, attended by over 60 couples.
In Nunna, over 600 devotees participated in Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Vratas for the 13th consecutive year, followed by a large community meal for around 3,000 people.
While religious observances were central, many also visited tourist spots like Bhavani Island and Undavalli for leisure.
