Indian MSMEs Embrace Digital Tools, But Challenges Persist
Many small and medium-sized businesses in India are using digital tools to help their businesses run better.
According to a new study, about two out of three of these businesses use tools like those that help manage all their resources, cloud computing, and AI.
The study also found that while the use of digital tools is growing, there are problems with trusting these tools and whether they work properly, and it can be hard for businesses to change to these new digital methods.
These changes help companies operate with better efficiency and streamline their tasks.
