England Pacer John Turner Retires at 25 After Injury Battles

John Turner is a very fast bowler who played cricket for England.

A fast bowler throws the ball really quickly to try to get batters out.

John always dreamed of playing professional and international cricket, and he got to live out that dream.

He played four big international matches against the West Indies.

But John kept getting hurt a lot, especially with a stress fracture in his back.

The injury stopped him from playing for more than a whole year.

After thinking hard about it, John decided it was time to stop playing cricket.

He said it was one of the hardest decisions he has ever made.

In his whole career, John took 97 wickets in 53 matches.

Now he is turning his attention to a new chapter away from professional cricket.
