Transfer Orders Issued for Secretariat Functionaries Across State
Imagine the government has offices in every village and neighborhood, and people who work there sometimes need to move to different offices.
The government has decided it's time for some of these workers to move.
If you've worked in the same office for five years by a certain date, you have to move.
Even if you haven't worked that long, you can request a move.
The people in charge of the areas will decide who moves, and they have to finish this by a specific date.
Some people get special consideration, like those with disabilities or medical issues, who may be given priority for a transfer.
Orders were issued for the transfer of village/ward secretariat functionaries across the state.
Functionaries who have completed five years of service by May 31, 2025, must be transferred.
Transfers are also possible on personal request, even without five years of service.
District Collectors of erstwhile districts will handle the transfers, completing them by June 30, 2025.
Preference will be given to specific categories during transfers, including those with disabilities or medical needs.
