16 Telangana Officers Join IAS Cadre
Sixteen officers from Telangana have been chosen to join the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
The Government of India approved this on January 21.
These officers were picked from lists made in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
They will work under special rules and will be on a trial period.
The Chief Secretary of Telangana will tell them about their new roles and decide their seniority.
This is a big step for these officers and for the government.
Additionally, seven Senior Assistants in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, have been promoted to Administrative Officers.
The promotions were issued by the Krishna Zilla Parishad Chairperson and the new officers will serve in various Mandal Parishad offices.
