Kevin Feige Expresses Regret Over Blade Reboot Delays

Kevin Feige Expresses Regret Over Blade Reboot Delays

Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, recently shared his feelings about the delayed Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali.

He admitted to feeling like a failure because the project hasn't moved forward as planned.

Marvel first announced the Blade reboot in 2019, but it has faced several delays, including directors leaving and the 2023 WGA strike.

Despite being removed from the 2025 release schedule, Feige reassured fans that Blade will eventually be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

He explained that Marvel wants to do justice to the character and Mahershala Ali's portrayal, ensuring they have a great script before proceeding.

Feige's personal feelings contrast with Marvel's public stance, which remains committed to the project.
