Walk2HEAL 2026 to Promote Sustainability in Bengaluru
Go Pals, a group that cares about cows and the environment, is organizing a big walk called Walk2HEAL 2026 in Bengaluru.
This walk is about four important things: staying healthy, taking care of the environment, farming in a good way, and living sustainably.
The walk will happen at Cubbon Park and is expected to have more than 2,500 people.
The money raised will help cowherds by giving them things like food for their cows and natural medicine.
This walk is also part of a bigger United Nations event in 2026 that focuses on taking care of lands and the people who take care of animals.
It's a way for the community to show they care about these important issues.
Go Pals is organizing Walk2HEAL 2026, a 4K walkathon in Bengaluru to promote sustainability and cow conservation.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, 04 January 2026, at KSGEA Grounds, Cubbon Park, Bengaluru, and is expected to attract over 2,500 participants.
Walk2HEAL is built on four pillars: Health, Environment, Agriculture, and Lifestyle, aligning with the UN International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP 2026).
Proceeds from the walkathon will support the 'Support a Cowherd' initiative, providing resources like fodder banks and natural first-aid solutions for livestock.
The event aims to strengthen local cowherds, promote sustainable agriculture, and advocate for poison-free farming practices.
