Revanth Reddy to Raise Telangana SIR Concerns at CWC
Telangana is checking its voter list through a process called a special intensive revision, or SIR.
Many voters received notices asking them to confirm their details.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy plans to discuss the process at a Congress meeting in Delhi on September 29.
His report says millions of voters have not yet attended hearings.
Some people may have difficulty finding the documents needed to prove they should remain on the list.
The report also says more women than men may have been removed.
About 3,400 voters have been declared ineligible after their documents were checked.
