Shiv Sena (UBT) and BJP Unions Clash at Mumbai Hotel Event
Imagine two groups of workers, one supporting Shiv Sena and the other the BJP, who both wanted to be the official representatives for workers at a hotel in Mumbai.
During an event to start the new BJP group, members of the Shiv Sena group showed up and started shouting.
This happened because the Shiv Sena group already had official recognition at that hotel.
Things got a little tense, so the police came to make sure everyone stayed safe and nobody got hurt.
The leaders of both groups were involved, and the event had to be managed carefully because of the disagreement.
Shiv Sena (UBT)-affiliated Bhartiya Kamgar Sena and BJP-backed Akhil Bharatiya Kamgar Karmachari Sangh clashed at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai.
The confrontation occurred during an event to launch the new BJP-backed union, where the Shiv Sena union already has official recognition.
The Shiv Sena union alleged the new union was being established without the presence of actual hotel workers.
BJP state president Ravindra Chavan was present and unveiled the nameplate of the new union, which triggered the clash.
Heavy police security was deployed to manage the situation and prevent any untoward incidents.
