RJD Expels 27 Leaders for Anti-Party Activities
The RJD, a political party in India, kicked out 27 of its members.
They did this because these leaders were working against the party during the upcoming elections in Bihar.
Some of these leaders ran as independent candidates instead of supporting the RJD’s chosen people.
This action by RJD is similar to what another party, JD(U), did recently.
These events show that not everyone was happy with who got chosen to run in the elections.
The elections in Bihar are happening in two parts in November.
RJD expelled 27 leaders for anti-party activities.
The expulsions were announced on October 27.
Expelled members include sitting and former MLAs.
The RJD action mirrors the JD(U)'s recent expulsion of 16 leaders.
The Bihar Assembly elections are scheduled for November.
