Centre Addresses Telangana Projects and Delhi Airport Glitch
The Indian government talked about two big things in Parliament.
First, they discussed a project to make the Musi River in Hyderabad better.
This project will help with pollution, floods, and make the city more sustainable.
The Telangana government is leading this, and the central government is helping with money and advice.
They also talked about a problem at Delhi Airport where the air traffic control system had a glitch, causing flight delays.
The government is fixing this by upgrading the system.
Additionally, a member of parliament from Telangana asked for better roads in his area, like building a flyover and including certain roads in the national highway network.
The government is considering these requests to improve travel and safety.
The Union Government addressed the Musi Riverfront Development Project in Hyderabad, aimed at enhancing climate resilience and urban sustainability.
The project seeks to tackle pollution, mitigate floods, and restore ecological balance, with the Telangana Government preparing a Master Plan and seeking Central assistance.
A preliminary project report has been submitted to the World Bank for a USD 500 million IBRD loan, with Rs 3,849.10 crore already approved under AMRUT 2.0 for sewerage projects in Greater Hyderabad.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation addressed an ATC software glitch at Delhi Airport that caused delays in 397 scheduled passenger departures from November 6-8, 2025, with corrective measures initiated to prevent recurrence.
MP Etala Rajender appealed for road infrastructure improvements in Telangana, including a flyover for Nagarjunasagar Road and the inclusion of certain roads in the National Highway network.
