MP Accuses BJP of Robbing Votes in By-Election
Awadhesh Prasad, a Samajwadi Party MP, said the BJP cheated to win a recent election where his son was running.
He claimed the BJP stole votes.
He also commented on other issues, like the electoral process and justice for families affected by a terror attack.
Awadhesh Prasad accused the BJP of vote rigging in the Milkipur by-election.
His son, Ajit Prasad, lost the Milkipur assembly seat to the BJP candidate.
Awadhesh Prasad won the parliamentary election from Faizabad in the 2024 general elections.
He said there is a need to improve the electoral process.
He stated that justice for terror attack victims' families would come only if the BJP is removed from power.
