EPFO is an organisation that looks after provident fund and pension services.

People can find it in WhatsApp’s Updates section by searching for the verified EPFO account.
They can also use an official link or scan an EPFO QR code.
Following the channel does not require personal information.
The channel will send general updates about schemes, policies and services.
It cannot be used to check a personal PF balance or manage an account.
Members must continue using the EPFO portal or UMANG for those services.
EPFO says people should never share passwords, bank details or OTPs with anyone claiming to represent it.
