Workshops to Boost College NIRF Participation
The government of West Bengal is planning to hold workshops to encourage colleges to participate in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking exercise.
The workshops will be held from the first week of January to mid-January.
The goal is to increase participation in the NIRF ranking, as currently, only 297 out of over 500 colleges in the state are participating.
Colleges that have performed well in the past, like Lady Brabourne and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College (Rahara), will act as mentors to guide other colleges.
