TVS Appeals NCLT Order on ZTE Insolvency Plea
TVS Supply Chain Solutions is a company that provides supply chain services.
They had a business agreement with ZTE, a company that makes telecom equipment.
TVS says ZTE owes them ₹4.27 crore for services provided between 2012 and 2019.
ZTE says they don't owe that much money and there are problems with the bills.
TVS asked a court called NCLT to start insolvency proceedings against ZTE, but NCLT said no because there was already a dispute about the money.
Now, TVS is asking a higher court called NCLAT to review this decision.
NCLAT has given TVS more time to fix some problems in their request and will hear the case soon.
