Anantapur MLA's Gunman Suspended Over Exhibition Dispute
In Anantapur, a gunman working for a local MLA named Daggubati Prasad was suspended and a criminal case was started against him.
This happened because he and some other people close to the MLA allegedly caused a big disturbance at an exhibition.
The exhibition organizer, Fakruddin, said they demanded a lot of money to let the event continue.
The police saw this on CCTV and took action.
The MLA's aides say it was a misunderstanding and that their side was also mistreated.
The police are still investigating what really happened.
Anantapur Urban MLA Daggubati Prasad's gunman, Sheiksha, was suspended for allegedly attacking and creating a disturbance at an exhibition venue.
Exhibition organiser Fakruddin lodged a complaint alleging that the MLA's aides demanded Rs 10 lakh as 'mamool' and disrupted the event.
Police suspended Sheiksha and initiated criminal proceedings based on the complaint and CCTV footage.
Organisers alleged that the accused abused and assaulted staff, causing visitors to flee and temporarily disrupting the exhibition.
MLA's aides denied the allegations, claiming the incident was a result of a political conspiracy by rival groups.
