Israeli Airstrikes Target Hodeida Port and Yemeni Capital

Israel launched airstrikes on Hodeida Port and Sanaa in Yemen.

The Israeli military said it targeted military infrastructure used by the Houthi rebels.

These actions come after a Houthi drone hit an airport in Israel last week.

Airstrikes last week in Sanaa reportedly killed 31 journalists.

The Houthis claim their air defenses confronted Israeli aircraft.

The strikes also hit the National Museum of Yemen.

Some worry about the safety of journalists in Yemen, with Human Rights Watch and the Committee to Protect Journalists speaking out.
